Everything You Need to Know About Users & WorkspacesWorkspaces allow teams to collaborate inside Editor—sharing feeds, agents, and settings. Users can belong to one or many workspaces, with different roles and permissions.
This guide explains exactly how to invite users, manage access, understand what members can and cannot see, and switch between workspaces.
To see your workspaces:
Check the bottom-left menu
You’ll see a list of all workspaces you belong to
Choose one to switch instantly
Each workspace has its own:
Feeds
Agents
Members & permissions
Settings
Drafts (personal to each user)
Select your workspace → click Settings.
Inside Settings, you'll find:
General workspace info
User management
Admin-only controls (if you’re an admin)
Only admins can see the Admin tab.
To invite someone:
Go to Settings
Select Users
Click Invite User
Enter their email
Send the invitation
They will appear in the list as Pending until they accept.
The invited user receives an email with a button to Accept Invitation.
When they click it:
They are taken to a confirmation screen
They can Accept or Decline the invitation
Upon acceptance, they enter your workspace instantly
Once inside, they can see:
All your feeds
All your agents
All workspace-level features
But they cannot see your drafts.
Drafts are private. Each user only sees their own drafts.
This ensures personal workflows remain separate while still benefiting from shared agents and feeds.
Once a member joins:
They will see a welcome animation that explains how to create drafts
They can immediately start drafting using the workspace’s agents
Their drafts appear only in their own draft section
This keeps collaboration clean and personal workspaces uncluttered.
Users can belong to many workspaces at once.
To switch:
Click the workspace selector (bottom-left)
Choose the workspace you want to enter
Instantly switch environments
Example from the video:
You are a member in Workspace A
You are an admin in your own Workspace B
Switching is instant
This allows seamless collaboration across organizations, teams, or personal projects.
Admins have special access:
Can invite users
Can remove users
Can view the Admin tab
Can manage workspace-wide settings
Members, on the other hand:
Cannot see the Admin tab
Cannot invite or remove users
Cannot modify workspace settings
Members can still:
Create drafts
Use all agents
Access all feeds
